In 2007 the Cowboys swept the Giants in the regular season, but in the playoffs the wildcard Giants came to Texas Stadium and stunned the top-seeded Cowboys 21-17. Eli Manning scored his second straight playoff win while Tony Romo suffered his second straight playoff loss. The Giants then defeated The New England Patriots in Super Bowl XLII 17-14.
